The Panda pretty much understands that many of ya homosapiens are as homo as ever and not understand the significance of BN being denied its 2/3 majority.

As put by a friend of mine, she pretty much sums it up that BN is now denied its veto-ing power.

As simple as that, now they can't hanky-panky for fucks.
